What is strychnine, and why do people seem to believe that it is in so many different plants and drugs? Has that ever been true? If so, why, when, and where?
And why do so many people want to believe that strychnine causes symptoms that it does not?
Keeper Trout takes us on a fun spin through the wacky world of drug deceptions and long-standing beliefs, both real and imaginary, in hopes of setting some rumours to rest while entertaining, and possibly illuminating, listeners in the process. The reality is even stranger than the popular fiction that it has created.
